RULES

Forum rules:

˜*• 1. You must keep yourself up to date with Globe Policy in the Forum.
˜*• 2. Actively read the Forum often and only post/reply in your Wing's designated area.
˜*• 3. No use of bad language in the forums.

Farming/Attacking rules:

˜*• 4. Only farm players who are not in a NAP of Globe(1) or your Wing.
˜*• 5. If you are near a player on the Farm List, plunder away.
˜*• 6. If you are near anyone in an alliance that is at War with Globe, attack.

Other rules:

˜*• 7. If you have a concern, take it up with your Bishopric using your chain of command.
˜*• 8. If you farm anyone in the alliance you will be punished by MultiHunter.
˜*• 9. If someone has wronged you contact your Second Counselor immediately before taking any action.
˜*• 10. We all work together, if one person in the alliance is in need of help we give them help and/or resources.

TERMINOLOGY------------------------------------------------------------------

Sector: A section of Globe.
Two Sectors, the lesser and the greater. Both Sectors are of the same alliance, but the greater Sector rules over the lesser.

Globe(1): The Primary Wing of Globe Sector 1.

Globe(2): The Primary Wing of Globe Sector 2.

FAM: Full Alliance Membership, every Wing of Globe in both Sectors.

President: The ultimate leader of the Globe empire.

Bishopric: A Bishop and his/her two Councilors, of which run a Wing.

Bishop: The Primary leader of a Wing of Globe.

First Councilor: A Bishop's or President's right hand man/woman. Also known as the Wing Secretary.

Second Councilor: A Bishop or President and his/her First Councilor's aid. Also known as the Wing Commander.

Presidency: The 3 head people of Globe consisting of Middlextop as President, Teutonic as First Councilor (Globe Secretary), and ? as Second Councilor (Globe Commander).

Globe Authority: Presidency of Globe, and Wing Bishoprics.

Farm List: A list of players that are fair game to farm, these are either people who have wronged Globe, or have left Globe on dishornorable terms.

The Government structure of each Wing.

A-1: Bishop
B-1: First Councilor
B-2: Assist. Secretary
C-1: Second Councilor
C-2: General

If someone is wanting to speak with the Bishop concerning the affairs of the Wing, they will report their concerns to the Assist. Secretary, and if it cannot be resolved, it will go up to the First Councilor (Wing Secretary), and if still not resolved, taken to the Bishop.
If someone is wanting to speak with the Bishop concerning a military aspect, they will report their concerns to the General, and if it cannot be resolved, it will go up to the Second Councilor (Wing Commander), and if still not resolved, taken to the Bishop. Both Councilors are directly under the Bishop.

A Bishop will be the only person from his/her Wing that will speak to the Globe President.{{{{The Password is in Mo Flynn's Profile}}}} A Bishop's First Councilor will be the only person from his/her Wing that will speak with the First Councilor of the Globe Presidency, and the Bishop's Second Councilor will be the only person from his/her Wing that will speak with the Second Councilor in the Globe Presidency
Whenever you post/reply in the Globe Forum, you must only do so in your Wings portion of the Forum unless you have been given permission by the Bishop of your Wing to reply to a topic in the Globe Authority portion of the Forum called Globe Authority which consists of topics from "Government Policy" down to "Other Topics". The entire Forum is open to all the FAM of Globe because it is their right to read what is being spoken about by the Globe Authority.

This concludes Globe 101, please report to the Bishop of a Wing in your region, tell him/her the password and they will invite you into their Wing or direct you to a Wing that is open for invitation. If you do not know the password, perhaps you need to read this whole thread over again.
After you accept your invitation into a Globe Wing, please register to this forum using your travian account name, and send a message to middlextop in travian including only: account name, Wing name you joined, and a short message. This will probably be the only time you will ever send a letter to be read by the President, so don't be stupid in this letter. Globe is an Empire that prides itself in order and stability, and frown upon layzeenis and elitrasee. Hope you enjoy life in Globe. Any members in Globe who do not register in the Globe Forum will be kicked from the alliance.

Simply find the password which will be listed in the Globe 101 (Non-Members) and tell the Bishop of a Wing below that has the initials of the region of your capital village to request an invitation. If you do not provide a password, you will be sent back here.
